I bring you Purple Pineapple Studio, headed by Amy, and producer of concise postcard patterns.

Aren't we about due for another giveaway? How about a pattern for One Way, pictured below.

a Rafflecopter giveaway

During Schoolhouse, they showed off some of their new pattern releases.

Living in the southwest probably has something to do with it, but Phoenix is my personal favorite.

The headbands make the company name quite memorable, don't they?

Pixels anyone?

This one presented a very modern use of batiks.

Sock it to Me was inspired by Keon Broxton's flashy socks.

See you soon with more news from Quilt Market.

Schoolhouse occurs the day before Quilt Market, and consists of 15-30 minute presentations during which exhibitors demonstrate and showcase their latest products.

Villa Rosa Designs, Pat Fryer's quilt pattern company, specializes in affordable postcard patterns that are perfect for creating quilt kits without increasing the cost substantially, or for charity groups to supply members with patterns that aren't overly complicated and come together quickly.

Patterns are available digitally or printed for a couple bucks.

Like many quilters, Pat Fryer is a philanthropist who endeavors to gift those in need of comfort with beautiful quilts.

There's also some pretty sweet deals on fabric in their online store right now.

Molly, Heidi and Tamara Cook have joined the Villa Rosa Design team, and contribute patterns.

Tricia Lynn Maloney, Kate Griffin, and Jesica Darling also have their designs included.

The force is strong with this group.

Sorry, I couldn't resist. I'll get back to the serious business of showing you the quilts uninterrupted.

Quilt Market: Alison Glass

*Affiliate links may be present, If you make a purchase through a link, I receive a small commission that helps support the blog at no additional cost to you.

Alison Glass has seamlessly merged the new and familiar with a 2019 holiday collection in her trademark modern rainbow called Holiday.

2019 will bring another Sun Print line with tiny flowers, outlined shapes, and Path which invokes the 2014 Sun Print called Text.

Alison Glass is bringing on the merchandising with calendars, greeting cards, zipper pulls, stickers, and wrapping paper.

Alison's booth was colorful, detailed, and meticulously organized.

Alison, won't you come and sort out my house? Oh look! I see Mariner Cloth and Mini Series Pineapple.

The Bungalow Quilt is vibrant in Road Trip fabrics.

I spy Courthouse Step from Mini Series and Kaleidoscope wovens.

The Kwik Sparklers pattern from Two Kwik Quilters is an indication of the continued affection for EPP shown on the Market floor.

The New Products & Projects from Alison Glass Schoolhouse had even more color-saturated quilts.

Trinket Sew Along will begin in January.

Foundation paper pieced North by Giuseppe Ribaudo of Giucy Giuce joins the Alison Glass lineup of patterns.

Spectrum makes use of color gradation, a popular trend in modern quilting.

Have you collected any of Alison Glass fabrics? I've been a fan of Sunprints since the first collection, and find great amusement that my vintage prints will be in good company come next year.
