Quilt Market: Schoolhouse with Violet Craft

After attending the Premiere Schoolhouse with Tula Pink at the quilt-focused industry event, Quilt Market, I ran along to Violet Craft's (@violetcraft) session where she introduced Buffalo Flats from Robert Kaufman, coming to quilt shops in April, 2020. You can find her current products online at Amazon, Fat Quarter Shop, and The Confident Stitch.

The 20-piece quilting cotton collection including country plaids, a handkerchief print, and a nature print with birds and bees. The palette has subdued pastels with a zing of lime green. Violet also shared lush velveteen. Of course there were projects too. You may remember the Unicorn & Horse Abstractions pattern from Spring Quilt Market. Now there will even be a quilt kit made up in Buffalo Flats.

Flying Falcons givens substantial negative space and a strong geometric pattern to merge a modern aesthetic and the collection's country-vibe.

The Mandala Quit comes in a baby version, as well as a large version.

The Boho quilt is is sweet balance between rectangles and strips, for a classic patchwork look.

Thanks for coming, I'll be back with more Market reveals shortly.
