Quilt Market: A Selection of Favorites

Today's Quilt Market post is a whirlwind tour.

I'll take it from the top with Riley Blake. There were some lovely ladies occupying the booth including Amy Smart. Not the movie star one, but the more conservatively attired, awesome Diary of a Quilter one. We had a little laugh about how Amy's glamorous alter ego ends up with quilts in her social media feed due to accidental personality mix-ups.

Sunnyside Ave. is her new, primary-colored collection. A Bushel and a Peck and Red Delicious are pictured.

Beverly McCullough of Flamingo Toes was present and pleasant. The winning combination of red and aqua appears in her Vintage Adventure collection. So do bicycles, campers, and hot air balloons.

Of course Lori Holt has an agonizingly precious new quilt design, along with accompanying buttons magnets, tea towels, ribbon, fabrics...the whole 9 yards! Actually, I'm certain there's a lot more than 9 yards in the Riley Blake vault.

Suggested Thread Pairing: Bee Happy Limited Edition Thread Case

There were some other fun features too including a festive winter scene.

This one has jaw-dropping quilting.

And how fun are these foam fries for your future fast-food eaters? This is Hello Baby by Christopher Thompson of The Tattooed Quilter.

Paintbrush Studios had this beauty, Sun Salutations by Whole Circle Studio.

Camelot Cottons is rocking the dark side.

Wolfgang by Yanika Quilt stopped me in my tracks, with his steely blue eyes.

Up next is one I think is going to be a trend-setter. Prepare to be seeing a lot more of Brimfield Awakening in all its EPP glory.
