#2020 Planning Party

You know those folks who are consistently organized and engage in intentional planning regularly? Welp, that's not me. I'm one of the folks that doesn't know what's happening unless I'm looking at the calendar right this second. However, that does describe Yvonne of Quilting Jetgirl, who is a good influence on my prospects for accomplishment in the new year. Today I'll be joining the #2020 Planning Party. Here are a my preliminary quilt-related goals. I'm skipping over the usual SAHM things like laundry, keeping the kids alive, and trying to write 2020 instead of 2019 before February hits.

2019 Planning Party

Ongoing Goals:

  • I'm enjoying sewing Project Linus quilts with the ladies at the "Quilt Office" at Sandia Baptist Church every Friday. They have childcare so I can drop the two littles off downstairs and know they'll be looked after well in my absence.
  • I'll be exploring the latest and greatest Odif products as an ambassador for 2020.
  • I want to further explore and share my experiences with Schiffer books, Oliso's Mini Project Iron, and Bloc_Loc rulers.
  • I will be covering Spring and Fall Quilt Market as a representative for online media.
  • I'm scheduled to teach several classes through UNM Continuing Education.

Wishful Thinking Goals:

So what am I forgetting? What are you planning for 2020?

  1. The only way I really stay organized is to have 4-6 monthly calendar pages on a magnet board right behind my computer. Otherwise I know I'd get off track quickly! I hope you have a great year ahead. Merry Christmas!

  2. I am not that organized myself but it's always fun to write a post and pretend.

  3. I think keeping my head above water is my main goal. You've impressed me totally with your lists! (And I love Lisa J's comment)
