Quilt Market: Moda

Moda is an enduring favorite at Quilt Market with shops both small and large. Their fabric designers span a variety of fabric styles, and collections typically mesh well with preceding collections from the same designer. A fun feature of Quilt Market is meeting the designers. Corey Yoder of Coriander Quilts, pictured below, designed a new line, Strawberry Jam.

Mother-Daughter Duo, Chelsea and Sherri of A Quilting Life shared an abundance of projects using Walkabout.  Quilts pictured from left to right include PathwaysWaterfront, North Shore, and Hearts at Home.

Garden Stars Sampler is on the far left, while Endless Summer is on the far right.

Wander, Pathways, and Waterfront are shown below from left to right.

Lella Boutique has Lollipop Garden coming out in April. The Butterfly Patch Quilt sure brings spring to to the picture.

The Mini Open Heart Pincushions are certainly adorable.

April Rosenthal brings out my teacher side with her Orchard collection that is red, green, and appley all over. Plaids, pluses, florals, cherries, grey, navy, and aqua round out the mix.

Orchard, Gala, Bountiful Blessings, and Tiny Treasure (from left to right and top to bottom) show off the saturated hues and prints delightfully.

For a contemporary holiday collection with a woodsy feel, Stacie Bloomfield of Gingiber has it handled thanks to Merriment. Projects include the self-explanatory Stockings and Peppermint quilts.

There's an oodle of accompanying merchandise too, such as pins and cards.

Zen Chic shared Day in Paris along with the aptly named Let's Fly quilt, X and Plus, and Faded.

  1. I'm all gaga for Merriment. But I guess I should finish my first quilt out of her Christmas line before I buy her next one. Thanks for the wrap-up!
